It’s been a great year for beer and to celebrate various things, I’ve teamed up with St.Austell to give you the chance to win some delicious beer.
As well as craft beer on keg, I’m a long time lover of cask ale. Frequent trips to Devon and Cornwall mean that St.Austell’s Tribute is a firm favourite and a go-to beer for me. A quaffable pint of the golden nectar with its creamy head is hard to beat.
The brewery recently launched new Tribute glasses and bottles and, as you can see, they look great. It’s also cause for celebration as the blog surpassed 10,000 views not long ago – a figure I didn’t think I would reach in my second year having got only just over 1,000 last year, so thanks for all the support.
St.Austell has kindly provided five cases of Tribute and you could win one. You can enter in various ways such as following me and Tribute on Twitter – more entries gives you a better chance of winning. We can’t do follows on Instagram but would be grateful if you did.

Here are a few words from St.Austell on Tribute:
Tribute is St Austell Brewery’s most celebrated beer; at 4.2% ABV it’s an easy-drinking pale ale which is light, hoppy and zesty.
Tribute is proud of its heritage: St Austell Brewery is one of Cornwall’s oldest businesses, and has been brewing for more than 160 years and is still family-run and independent.
Everything about Tribute is carefully considered – from the specially sourced ingredients, through to the sympathetic brewing process. It’s this exacting nature that has resulted in one of the finest and most consistent ales ever brewed.
